Pneumatic cylinders to be used with reed-type
magnetic sensors replacing the usual mechanical end of stroke.
Notice: the reliability of the signal depends on the operating conditions, on the cylinder material and on the kind of sensor applied.
EXECUTION
Magnetic complete pistons are produced with a metal
disc working as support and locking.
The sealing function is carried out by the shaped profile of the rubber or fluoroelastomer part, whose compound assures a low friction level and a long life of the seal itself.
Magnetic complete piston seals are produced all together during the molding process, therefore the installation is much easier and there is no need to
assemble various parts.
SET
E001M set is produced with nitrilic rubber (NBR) and fluoroelastomer (FPM) compounds.
The codes marked with * are special profiles which can be produced upon
request.
